Great News! January is packed with some fantastic opportunities for our cared for and care experienced young people. 

Care Explorers – A New Walking Group

At the request of young people, we’re launching Care Explorers – a monthly walking group designed for fun, connection, and wellbeing. Each walk will have different difficulty levels, so everyone can choose what works best for them.
First walk:
📍 Tatton Park
🕘 Sunday 18 January, 9am – 3pm
Lunch and water will be provided – just wear comfy clothes and shoes! Spaces are limited, so speak to your PA to book.

Have Your Say – Corporate Parenting Board

We want young people to help shape the future! Join our interactive workshop to learn what the Corporate Parenting Board does, explore how we can represent every voice, and help roll out the new Corporate Parenting Plan.

This is your chance to make a real difference for cared for and care experienced children.

Artsmart – Creative Saturdays (8-14 years)

Calling all young people in care! Join Artsmart every Saturday for a fun, creative session.
🕙 10am – 12pm
🎨 Explore art, make new friends, and express yourself in a safe and supportive space.

Socials and Meet-Ups

• Tea at the Hub @ Our Space – Wednesday 14 January, 4–6pm (16 years+)
• Care Leaver Social (with tea!) @ Our Space – Monday 19 January, 4–6pm (16 years+)
• Children in Care Social @ Our Space - Monday 26 January, 4.30-6pm (Under 16 years)
• Tea at the Hub @ Our Space – Thursday 29 January, 4–6pm (16 years+)
